IEG was founded in 1976 as a privately owned firm for mechanical engineering and manufacturing technology. In the following years the emphasis of our activities changed to soil and groundwater remediation and environmental clean-up technologies. In 1986 IEG was the pioneer in environmental technology by starting to develop in-situ systems to clean up contaminated soil and groundwater. Based on our broad hands-on experience we are able to offer both individual and innovative solutions in the field of environmental clean-up technologies.
IEG is leading provider in the area of computer based mechanical engineering and calculation programs for tooth-gear calculations, in particular in the field of new drive concepts, motor actuators and gear units.
